Print Technology
Our Roland XC-540 Printer/Cutter is capable of producing amazing color displays and signage on a wide variety of special media, including glossy paper, white or clear adhesive vinyl, glossy and matte vinyl, backlit and display films.
Mounting

We can mount prints to:

  • posterboard
  • foamboard
  • gatorfoam
  • PVC sintraboard
  • dibond
  • plastic film backer

Laminating

Lamination is vital in protecting your print from ink scratches and the element.  We offer a wide variety of laminates, including lustre, dry-erase and polycarbonate laminate (a scratch-resistant, frosted laminate perfect for tradeshow and floor graphics).

Finishing

Other finishing services include:

Contour Cutting

The Roland XC-540 Printer/Cutter is also capable of contour cutting adhesive vinyl, producing precisely cut decals, stickers, labels, prototype instrument panels, floor and wall graphics.

Barefoot Graphics uses Eco-Solvent Ink

We have purposefully chosen to use the Roland XC-540 large format ink-jet printer because of its use of special "eco-solvent" ink, a safe and virtually odorless product that ensures a comfortable working environment for our staff and eliminates the need for special ventilation or environmental protection equipment.  With Roland’s 6-ink, full color printing system, you will discover a wider color gamut than with traditional ink printing and there is no sacrifice in quality either!  Our eco-solvent ink provides improved scratch resistance and durability up to 3 years outdoors without lamination; the features we found critical to guaranteeing the long life of our printing.
