Procedures for Job Submission

Have you requested an estimate?  If not, please request an estimate before submitting files.  You may send or upload your files at any time after you have requested an estimate.

Before you send or upload your files, you may want to review the following Preflight Checklist.  This checklist is intended for advanced users.  Do not be intimidated by this list.  If there is a problem with your files, we will notify you and may ask you to make revisions if anything is missing.

  • Have you defined all Pantone colors as Pantone Solid Coated colors?
  • Have you packaged and compressed (or zipped) your fonts and links with your native file? (applies to Quark or Indesign users who have the option to FILE>Package Files or FILE>Collect for Output)
  • Have you outlined your fonts? (applies to Illustrator or Corel files, which is not necessary if you send your compressed fonts)
  • Have you included a high-res, print-ready PDF?
  • If your document contains bleeds, have you included cropmarks and a bleed (.125" minimum) in your native files and PDF?
